TRAINING & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
My goal is to provide fast and effective services to meet all of your QuickBooks needs from installation and setup to training and daily use. Services include:
SETUP - assisting in setting up your company, establishing your CHART OF ACCOUNTS, developing your vebdor and customer lists and getting you familiar with QuickBooks' tasks.
TRAINING - you are provided training in entering transactions, reconciling bank accounts and generating reports. One-on-one and group sessions are available (also see ASBTDC).
REPORT SETUP - this service involves setting up reports to be reviewed on a periodic basis, usually reports required other than normal financial reports.
OVERSIGHT & REVIEW - this is a monthly (or quarterly) service designed to monitor your QuickBooks data entries, reconcile bank accounts and review current financial reports.
FILE CLEANUP - includes any backwork involving entering past transactions in your data file, reconciling prior period bank accounts and preparing prior period financial reports.
Fee for services is at an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour. Travel time is included and you are billed after each session. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
